Hey there, I'm Kimberly Bowden,
a wife and mother of three who wears many hats, including that of a life coach. But beyond my professional role, I'm a free-spirited hippie at heart, deeply connected to nature and my spirituality. The Lord is my escapes, he continues to guide me.
My journey has been shaped by profound experiences – losing my home to a wildfire, grappling with the suicide of my roommate, and facing the life-threatening ATV accident of my son. These challenges molded me into the person I am today, someone passionate about helping others navigate their own journeys.
Becoming a life coach wasn't a career choice;
it was a calling born out of my obsession with understanding my own thought process and a commitment to continuous growth. Guided by my faith, I've learned to step outside my comfort zone and share my vulnerabilities to bridge the gap for others.
My values are rooted in my heart for others, stemming from the pain of not wanting anyone to feel alone, especially after my roommate's tragic death. My motivation and inspiration come from personal growth and quiet moments with Jesus, emphasizing the importance of maintaining balance in life.
My coaching style is unique;
as a huge empath, I create a judgment-free space, leaving judgment to Jesus. I aim to connect minds to hearts, allowing God to lead. Opening up and sharing experiences creates a community of support and faith, and I believe that, together, we can help each other grow.
For me, coaching isn't about imposing beliefs but about bridging the gap and allowing God to fill the missing puzzle piece. I share my gifts to help others align their lives with their divine purpose.
